Our service

This website (solarpanelsfortwilliam.com, trading as Lochaber Solar Savings) is operated by Caledonia Energy Efficiency Ltd, trading also as Scottish Energy Efficiency. We are a renewable energy consultancy and introducer service. We do not carry out installations, quotes, surveys, or technical work ourselves. Quotes, surveys, and installations are arranged with — and delivered by — independent installation partners who hold their own MCS, TrustMark, RECC, and NICEIC accreditations as relevant to the work type.

No contract for installation works

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract between you and Lochaber Solar Savings, Scottish Energy Efficiency, or Caledonia Energy Efficiency Ltd for installation works. Any contract for installation works will be entered into directly between you and the installation company that quotes for your project.

Accreditation

Caledonia Energy Efficiency Ltd does not itself hold MCS, TrustMark, RECC, or NICEIC accreditation. These accreditations are held by our installation partners and apply to the installation works carried out by those partners. References to accreditation on this website refer to the accreditations held by our installation partners, not by Caledonia Energy Efficiency Ltd or any of its trading names including Lochaber Solar Savings.

Information accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on this website is accurate at time of publication. Savings figures, payback periods, grant amounts, pricing and timescales are indicative based on typical Lochaber property profiles and current published grant information. Actual savings depend on your property, energy use, and quotes provided by our installation partners. Installation partners will provide binding quotes following a site survey.

Grant information

Grant amounts cited (including the HES rural package and 0 percent VAT) are based on published guidance current at the time of publication. Eligibility, amounts and scheme rules are subject to change. Verify current grant status with Home Energy Scotland (homeenergyscotland.org) or gov.uk before relying on figures.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caledonia Energy Efficiency Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, your dealings with installation partners, or the works carried out by installation partners. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Scots law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
